It describes and links to rolls, record indexes, court routes, and historical collections that may show who lives or has lived in Pico Rivera, California. It does not host government records and is not affiliated with the City of Pico Rivera, Los Angeles County, the State of California, a court, a library, or another records custodian.
2. Acceptable Use

5. No Promise of Accuracy

9. Updates
These Terms may change when a revised version is posted. Continued use after an update means that the revised Terms are accepted to the extent the law permits.
10. Restricted Access
The operators may block or limit access, with or without notice, when a user violates these Terms, abuses a search or page, or threatens the operation or security of the reference.
11. California Law
California law governs these Terms without regard to conflict-of-law principles. California’s public-records framework is the California Public Records Act, Government Code sections 7920.000 and following. California consumer privacy rights are addressed, where applicable, by the California Consumer Privacy Act, Civil Code sections 1798.100 and following. Those laws govern the responsible agency or covered business; they do not make Pico Rivera Residents Directory a custodian or require an agency to create a new list.
12. Severability
If a court finds one provision unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
